We know you’re eager to get your hands on your new camping gear. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two reliable shipping methods to get your outdoor essentials to you:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (Orders over £50): Delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas.

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

Just as we carefully select our camping equipment, we’ve designed our returns process to be straightforward and customer-friendly. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:

  • In original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Airbeds (once inflated)
  • Camping Toilets
  • Used Camping Cook Sets and Utensils
  • Body Boards that have been used in water

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your camping gear:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your return request (see template below)
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package Securely: Repack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached
  4. Ship Back: Send the package to our warehouse at:

  5. Track Your Return: Keep your shipping receipt until your refund is processed

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Process

Need a different size or model? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. In your return request email, clearly state the item you’d like to exchange for. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your original item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your camping equipment arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
