Our Returns Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition with tags attached. Just like we carefully select our camping equipment, we carefully consider each return to ensure you have the best outdoor experience possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- Airbeds (once inflated)
- Camping Toilets (for obvious hygiene reasons)
- Camping Cook Sets and Utensils (if used)
- Body Boards (if used in water)
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return your camping gear:
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your return request (see template below).
- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Package Securely: Repack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship Back: Send the package to our warehouse at:

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Note: Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Process
Need a different size or model? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. In your return request email, clearly state the item you’d like to exchange for. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your original item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your camping equipment arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
