How do I choose the right tent size?
Our tents are categorised by berth size (sleeping capacity). As a general rule:
- 1-2 berth: Compact tents for solo travellers or couples
- 3-4 berth: Ideal for small families or groups wanting extra space
- 5-6 berth: Spacious options for larger families
- 7+ berth: Our largest tents for big groups or extended camping trips
Remember to consider not just sleeping space but also storage needs for your gear.
Do you sell complete camping sets?
While we don’t offer pre-packaged sets, our Camping Cook Sets and Utensils and Camping Kitchen and Storage sections make it easy to bundle everything you need for your outdoor cooking setup. Many customers combine these with tents from our berth categories and accessories like airbeds or camping beds.
Are your camping stoves suitable for international travel?
Most of our stoves are designed for universal use, but we recommend checking local regulations at your destination, especially for gas canister types. Our Cadac range offers particularly versatile options for different cooking needs.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver worldwide to most countries, excluding some parts of Asia and remote areas. During checkout, our system will confirm if we can deliver to your location.

Some remote locations and parts of Asia have logistical challenges that affect our ability to guarantee reliable delivery. We’re constantly reviewing our shipping network to expand our coverage where possible.
When should I order for peak camping season?
For trips between May-September, we recommend ordering at least 4-6 weeks in advance to account for potential high demand and ensure your gear arrives with plenty of time for your adventure.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect due to our error. In such cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank processing times.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! If you need a different size or product, simply return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the item you want. This is often faster than waiting for an exchange processing.
